We got a new roof, gutters and gutter topper which was a great experience. But we also had airflow, "dead air" issues and they added air vents and baffles to really get rid of the furnace hot attic. I suspect that the house will be a lot cooler in summer months. Ben and Mike were really thorough in the job process and answering a boatload of questions we had.
