I enthusiastically recommend Tri-County Contracting for your roofing needs. We are a 116-unit condominium building with an attached swimming pool and spa room. Due to humidity control problems in the past (that have since been resolved), the associated roof was deteriorating past the point of repair. We offered five companies the opportunity to bid the project. Three declined the work without even coming out to see the project.
